11/30/2018 The following report was forwarded for documentation. The report states that the product was used on pets at the owner's home on 7/14/2018. The product was diluted according to label instructions. The owner dipped the dogs with the product. The owner then filled a spray bottle with the leftover bath solution and sprayed the cat with the product. Later that night, the cat didn't come out like he normally does and wasn't eating or drinking. The owner bathed the cat and gave milk and egg which the cat vomited. On 7/16/2018 the owner took the cat to a veterinarian, where he was started on intravenous fluids. The cat died today at the clinic. The cat was buried at home.
