2 days later the dog developed application site hotspots (dermatitis). The dog was seen by a veterinarian who clipped and cleaned the area and prescribed a topical antibiotic. The outcome is unknown.

B - Possible - Would not expect application site hot spots directly related to product. However, may be dog scratched at site and caused sign by self-trauma, which secondarily became infected with bacteria. Pruritus was not reported, however considering application site involvement and consistent time to onset, a product connection is deemed to be possible.
