B - Possible
Even though more expected after oral uptake, Permethrin has the potential to cause slight neurological disorders like trembling in particular susceptible animals. Though signs are very unspecific and not expected, shaking and being quite may be a consequence of the uncomfortable feeling caused by the applied product. Considering consistent time to onset, a connection with the product cannot be excluded and is deemed to be possible.
