The patient is a 7 year old female spayed german sherpherd. On April 2nd, the pet owner applied 1 vial of K9 Advantix Extra Large dog on the patient in multiple spots along the dorsal midline.

The next morning the patient was holding her tail to the left close to her body similar to a female in heat. The patient was seen for a physical exam on April 6th, there were no abnormal findings other than the patient holding her tail to the left. No treatments were given, the outcome is unknown.
