1-53912156 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicated his dog were exposed to an insecticidal spot-on product containing the active ingredient D-phenothrin. Four hours before the time of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter placed the product on his male, mixed-breed dog of unknown age and weight. At the time of initial contact, the reporter indicated the dog was not willing to walk and just didn't seem right. The reporter was advised to seek veterinary attention for the dog as the symptoms would not be expected from normal product use. No additional information is available.
