Caller states that her husband had sprayed CIL Lawn WeedOut Ready to Use (PCP 24757) on their lawn and had forgotten about it. Their dog had ingested some of the grass that had been treated with the product. Dog has become lethargic, and today has vomited blood. Dog has been taken to the vet, but the husband had forgotten to tell the vet about the herbicide use. TOE 2 days ago O: SXS vomit, lethargic A: Acute, Animal, Ingestion, CIL Lawn WeedOut Ready to Use (PCP 24757), SXS R: Caller to FU with vet. Provided caller with number to NAPCC.
