specify Licking tools used to clean the area

17. Provide any additional details about the incident

(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms

Approx 11hrs ago owners saw pet licking at tools that had been used to apply/wash down the area that had been sprayed with the product. Approx one hour ago, the pet experienced a seizure and had white mucous membranes and bloodshot eyes. At the clinic these signs are not readily apparent. No treatment started. Because the amount was somewhat consistent, the patient was considered to be at low risk of developing clinical signs. If signs develop, there is low risk that those signs will be life-threatening. Risk for hypersalivation, vomiting, and diarrhea. Risk for oral paresthesia and GI upset. Discussed case with DVM. Petmay have had a seizure around 1 hour and 40 minutes ago. 11 hours ago wasp and hornet killer was sprayed in the yard, pet was licking water later from some of the tools. Discussed that we would not expect seizures from this product, especially from ingestion of water used to wash things down as it would be very diluted.
