Caller's fiance was spreading Wilson AntOut Ant Killer Dust when some of the dust blew into her right eye. She showered immediately afterwards but did not flush her eye. This morning her eye is red, irritated, swollen, and she is experiencing FOS. No changes in vision. TOE: 9 hours ago Med Hx: GH, no medications, NKA O: Ocular redness, irritation, swelling, FOS A: Acute, adult, ocular exposure to Wilson AntOut Ant Killer Dust, SXS R: Seek medical attention. Irrigate eye(s) for 15 minutes under a gentle stream of tepid water. Do not hold eyelid(s) open, but slowly blink. Rest eye(s) after irrigating. No eye drops or ointments. Cool compress to closed eyes as needed. If symptoms occur, persist or worsen, a healthcare evaluation may be indicated Call us back if symptoms persist after irrigation.
