The owner later reported to the clinic that she found the cat deceased on the morning after application. No other details are known.

O - Unclassifiable/unassessable Death is not expected after product application, as inconsistent with pharmaco-toxicological product profile. No signs of allergic/anaphylactic reaction reported. Product has wide margin of safety. Oral LD50 in rat is 642 mg/kg BW. 24-fold overdosage tolerated by cats without showing any side effect. Animal involved in this case was geriatric. Though a product relation is unlikely, considering short time to onset and low level of information (e.g. Health status, medical history and necropsy result), overall a product relation is unassessable.
