1-52921725 - The reporter, a veterinarian, indicates an exposure to a pesticide containing the active ingredient iron (present as FeHEDTA). Approximately five days before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter indicated the owner of a 9-month-old, 6.2-pound, male, mixed-breed dog applied the product to his yard and an exposure was not witnessed. On the day of initial contact, the dog presented to the reporter's clinic with drooling, vomiting, not eating and hypothermia. The reporter was advised the severity and delay of symptoms were not expected with normal product application and to continue to look for a cause of the symptoms. No additional information is available.
