1-52936781 - The reporter indicates and exposure to an insecticidal spot-on product containing the active ingredients (S)-methoprene and D-phenothrin. On the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter described having difficulty opening the tube of the product causing the product to get in both his eyes. The reporter immediately rinsed his eyes, but he was experiencing irritation. The reporter was advised to thoroughly rinse his eyes and to seek medical attention if the symptom persisted. No additional information is available.
