The reason for the initial call was to discuss the product use in another pet and not to report the death or clinical sign in this event. No further information is expected. This case is closed. Due to the sensitive nature of the communication, specific relevant event details were not obtained, nor will such be sought.

Death

19. Provide supplemental information here

O - Unclassifiable/unassessable Reported rolling is unspecific and may have numerous other causes in a dog, but may occur shortly after product application. Time to onset consistent. Death is not expected in dog after product application, as inconsistent with pharmaco-toxicological product profile. Very low level of information (medical history and necropsy not available). The intent of the phone call to Bayer was to discuss the product use in another pet and not to report the death or clinical sign in this event. Other etiologies should be considered. Considering all aspects, product connection is uassessable.
