On June 30 2017 a pet owner applied 1 tube of k9 advantix II small dog to a 3.6 kg 9 yr old M miniature poodle. The next day the patient was scratching the application site and biting at his feet. The dog was treated with vitamin E and bathing. Owner had used k9 advantix II in the past with no issues.

B - Possible Biting at feet is very unspecific and may have numerous other causes. However Application site scratching and biting at feet may be a consequence of the uncomfortable feeling caused by the applied product. Considering consistent time to onset, a product relation cannot be excluded and is deemed to be possible.
