name (8 yo, FS, Yorkshire terrier crossbred dog, 4.54 kg) dispensed multi duo 20 June 28, 2017. Application dates for advantage multi 20 and K9 advantix II medium are unknown. Was seen by veterinarian July 5 and was determined to have erythema over the withers, was whimpering, and rubbing up against things. Still symptomatic. Prescribed Vanectyl P and topical vitamin E.
