The pet owner started applying Advantage II large cat to their 3 year old, 7.10 kg, male neutered, domestic long hair cat in August 2016 every 4 weeks. Withing 24 hours of application of the dose on February 28, 2017 the cat developed application site alopecia and erythema and was treated with a topical antibiotic
