1-49459682 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicates an exposure to a pesticide containing the active ingredient iron (present as FeHEDTA). On the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter indicated his 5-year-old, 28-pound, male, mixed breed dog had access to a yard where the product had been sprayed four hours earlier. Thirty minutes after the exposure, the dog vomited. The reporter was advised that small ingestions of the product would only cause minor gastrointestinal upset, but if the symptom persisted, veterinary evaluation should be sought. On follow-up call one day later, the reporter indicated the vomiting had stopped. No additional information is available.
