1-49348685 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicates an exposure to a pesticidal collar containing the active ingredient tetrachlorvinphos. Approximately one week before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter indicated she applied the product to her two cats of unknown age, weight, breed and gender. An unknown amount of time later, the cats started falling over and became emaciated. Both cats died on an unknown day before the day of initial contact. No additional information is available.
