1-47758986 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicates his dog was exposed to an herbicide containing the active ingredients glyphosate (present at isopropylamine salt or ethanolamine salt) and imazapyr. One day before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter indicated his 9-year-old, 112-pound, female, Labrador Retriever dog might have ingested an unknown amount of the product. The reporter stated the dog began vomiting on the day of exposure, and the vomiting continued through the day of initial contact with the registrant. The dog was also unable to stand on her own and her hind limbs were paralyzed. The reporter was advised this would not be expected symptoms from an exposure to the product and to seek immediate veterinary evaluation. On routine follow-up call one day later, the reporter indicated he had sought veterinary evaluation for the dog where they found she had been poisoned with antifreeze. The dog died at the veterinary clinic. No additional information is available.
