1-47640344 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicates his dog was exposed to a pesticide containing the active ingredients dicamba (present as acid, amine salt, ester, or sodium salt), quinclorac, and 2,4-D (present as amine salts: dimethylamine salt, diethanolamine salt, or other amine salts). The reporter stated his neighbor sprayed her yard on the day of initial contact with the registrant at an unknown time. On the same day his 1-year-old, American Bulldog of unknown weight or gender, died at an unknown time after the product was sprayed. The reporter was advised this would not be consistent with normal product usage and he should work with his veterinarian to find a cause of death of the dog. No follow-up was attempted. No additional information is available.
