(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms
10/28/2016 2:18:07 PM A pet owner called to report that her healthy, 3 month old, 6 pound, female Chihuahua dog may have ingested half of a teaspoon of product from under the bed 3 days prior. The bait was not in a bait station. Since then, the dog has been having vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, and is shaking and kicking when picked up. Caller thinks that the dog is having seizures but does not know what this looks like in a dog. Yesterday, the dog was given hydrogen peroxide orally at home and subsequently vomited. Immediate veterinary intervention was recommended. Approximately two hours after the initial phone call, the dog owner called back to report the dog had died at home without veterinary consult.
