1-45825876 - The reporter, an animal owner, indicated that his cows may have been exposed to cotton seed treated with four pesticides containing the active ingredients thiamethoxam, abamectin, azoxystrobin, metalaxyl-M (mefenoxam), fludioxonil, sedaxane, and imidacloprid. At an unknown date before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter indicated four of his cows of unknown age, weight, breed and gender accidently ingested an unknown amount of the product. All four cows died at an unknown amount of time after ingestion. No additional information is available.
