(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms
11/28/2016 The following report was forwarded for documentation. The report states that caller lightly sprayed one cat with spray to treat fleas on 7/11/2016. She then repeated once weekly with the last application on 7/24/2016. On 7/25/2016 the cat was eating then suddenly started hissing, acting wild, fell over, started shaking and kicking his feet, had a seizure, and then died. The owner has buried him. Caller used the dip on a second cat. The use was an inappropriate dose, and caller diluted the dip to be less dilute than on the product label. Caller dipped the cat into the product and dabbed it on her on 7/29/2016. The cat started gasping, hissing, kicking, had a seizure, and died in the car on the way to the veterinarian. Caller still has the cat's body.
