(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms
On approximately 04-Jul-2016, the canine was hit by a car and died. It is unknown if any veterinary intervention was sought or if a necropsy was performed. No further information is expected. This case is closed. Due to the sensitive nature of the communication, specific relevant event details were not obtained, nor will such be sought. The reason for the initial call was to discuss a current flea issue and not to report the death of the patient. Note: Previous applications well tolerated.

18. Severity classification (if there is more than 1 possible classification
Death
19. Provide supplemental information here
Death is not expected in a dog after product application, as inconsistent with pharmaco-toxicological product profile. Time to onset is too long (over 4 days) and
previous applications were well tolerated. It is clearly stated that the canine died following a car accident. Actually, the reason for the initial call was to discuss a
current flea issue and not to report the death of the patient. Considering all aspects, a product connection deemed to be unlikely.
