1-45377711 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicated his cat was exposed to an insecticidal spot-on product containing the active ingredients etofenprox, and (S)-methoprene. On the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter indicated he had applied the product to his 1.5-year-old, 10-pound, male, domestic shorthair cat about 6 hours earlier. The reporter came home and found the cat dead. Condolences were offered as well as information given about getting a necropsy done on the cat. No additional information is available.
