6/23/2016 Caller's pest control company applied 2 gallons product diluted to 0.03% concentration to a client's lawn this morning. The client just called to report that during application the client's dog was following behind the person spraying and licking the grass. The dog began foaming at the mouth, but caller is unsure when this began. The client went to work but his wife was home during the day. No other symptoms were noted, but when the client returned home from work he found the dog had died. 6/24/2016 Call from the original caller. Caller spoke to the client, who stated that he will not be calling in to report the incident.
