Suspected Adverse Reaction: On 03 May 2015 a woman reported to the Animal Product Safety Service (APSS) that four goldfish died on 02 May 2015, the same day that the horse owner accidentally splashed UltraBoss into the water trough the fish were living in. No treatment was administered. No necropsy was performed. The APSS advised the horse owner that fish are sensitive to permethrin, as well as petroleum distillates, both of which are in UltraBoss. The supplier of the UltraBoss is unknown. No more information is expected.
