1/21/2016 Caller is a pest control operator who applied product at a customer's house on 1/19/2016. The customer believes their dog and cat may have gotten into the product. The customer reports that the dog has died, and the cat's condition is unknown. Caller reports that the dog had been in the yard, and already looked sick at the time of application.
