Death

19. Provide supplemental information here

Death is not expected following appropriate topical product application as inconsistent with products pharmacological profile. Oral exposure to the collar is not expected to cause death either. No signs of anaphylaxis reported which would have occurred in close proximity to the collar application. Most likely death was the consequence of concomitant history of congestive heart failure in this geriatric patient with poor condition. Even though no necropsy was performed, considering the known product profile, time to onset and alternate causes, overall a product relation is unlikely.
