2/2/2016 5:43:25 PM A pet owner called to report that her dog died following ingestion of rodenticide. She did not know when the ingestion took place and was not able to confirm if this was witnessed or speculated ingestion. On 01/31/2016 the stopped eating, began vomiting and was lethargic. He was examined by a veterinarian on 2/2/16 and died at the hospital. Its unclear if the dog received veterinary care prior to 2/2 or if the dog received any treatment or a diagnosis by the veterinarian. There are three other dogs in the home which are all asymptomatic.
