Subform VII: Scientific Study
1. Study Reference
Title [Triazinyl-2-14C] iodosulfuronmethyl-sodium: Retrospective identification of metabolites from aerobic soil metabolism study no. CB94/049 (1998)
Date 19-JUN-13
2. a) Is an extension needed to translate the document?
No
3. Type of incident identified in the study
Increased health or environmental risk
4. Describe the incident identified in the study (e.g. study demonstrates an increased risk to non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma after exposure to pesticide X)
BCS is submitting new information to EPA related to Iodosulfuron-Methyl-Sodium Technical. This information is not necessarily a new adverse effect of the subject chemical, but is rather new information submitted for the agencys own review and evaluation because the data meet the agencys administrative reporting criteria. The study reassigns identity of two degradates from aerobic soil metabolism and also identifies a metabolite that was previously reported as unknown. The reassigning of identities and identification of the metabolites has no impact on the risk assessment of iodosulfuron-methylsodium.
5. a) Was the study discontinued before completion?
No
5. b) Provide the reason for discontinuation
6. If the study is ongoing, what is the expected completion date?
For Registrant use only
7. Provide supplemental information here
