On September 14, 2015 the dog developed restlessness so the owner rinsed the dog's coat/skin (with cold water). On September 15, 2015 the dog developed dermatitis and alopecia. On September 30, 2015 the owner contacted the company via email. The company veterinarian stated some animals are more sensitive to these products and may develop hair loss at the site of application or dermal irritation. The company assistant recommended calling back with questions.
