On June 5, 2015 the owner noticed the cat was symptomatic. On June 5, 2015 the owner contacted the company to report the issue. The company assistant stated some animals are more sensitive to these products and may develop hair loss at the site of application or dermal irritation. The company assistant recommended calling back with questions.
