On August 5, 2015 the owner noticed the dog developed symptoms which worsened on August 23, 2015. On August 27, 2015 the owner contacted the Animal Product Safety Service (APSS). The APSS assistant recommended taking the dog to the veterinarian and having the veterinarian call for information.
