6/4/2015 Caller used the product yesterday. Both caller and her son experienced nausea and dizziness. Both are asymptomatic today. Caller disconnected before further information could be obtained. 6/15/2015 Call back to the original caller for follow up information. They symptoms had resolved at the time of the initial call for both of them, and no further issues developed. Nothing was done for treatment, and no medical attention was sought.
