The caller stated that the owner of the adjacent corn field (XXXXX) was spraying the corn field on June 5th 2013 when she noticed drift coming towards her property. Pesticide was being applied with a large tractor and sprayer as well, the boundary of the caller's residence was being sprayed with a small sprayer and 4-wheeler. Confirmed that her neighbour (XXXXX ) owns a farm and applies pesticides via a 4-wheeler with a tank and sprayer attached to it along her property boundary and that it drifts onto her property as he applies the pesticides when the weather conditions are very windy. As such, she is concerned that the pesticides are drifting into her pond which may be ultimately be affecting her well which is located in close proximity to the pond. XXXXX advised that she does not obtain drinking water from her pond, but rather a drilled well on her property. She states that this spraying has gone on for approx. 3 - 5 years and the most recently spraying is now observed to be killing her grass and a tree.
