(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms

later that day, the owner noticed the dog was chewing the left front leg, and one of the hind legs. The dog developed a hot spot on the left front leg and the right ear pinna became iflamed. The dog was examined at a veterinary clinic on September 3rd and topical surolan (antibiotic/steroid) was dispensed and an injection of long acting steroid was given.
