12/8/2014 Caller started using the products inside his van at unspecified times starting approximately 2 years ago for insect infestations. He also sprayed the van with 100% alcohol. Since this time he has had unspecified periods of recurring cough. He recently went to a doctor 3 weeks ago for an evaluation. Unspecified pulmonary tests were performed and he has not heard back regarding the results. The doctor did not prescribe any treatments or offer a diagnosis. Caller also reports that when he wakes up in the morning, his breathing is "raspy." Caller also mentioned that the printing is too small on the cans so he didn't know he shouldn't be spraying it in his van. Caller denies smoking or asthma but has a past medical history of hypertension and clinical depression.
