On 8/28/2015 a pest control operator reported that the 14-19 year old dog of one of her customers died of renal failure on 08/21/2015. Two days prior to death, the dog may have punctured, but did not ingest, a mouse that may have been killed by the product. The pet owner stated that she thought feels that the product may have contributed to dog's symptoms but was not primary cause of death.
