1-42091341 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicated her cat was exposed to an insecticidal spot-on product containing the active ingredient methoprene. The reporter applied the product to her 3-year-old, 20 pound, male cat two weeks prior to initial contact with the registrant and 3 days prior to initial contact the reporter noted fur loss at the application site. The reporter was advised that her cat may have a sensitivity to the product. Bathing the cat with a hand dish washing soap was recommended. Medical attention was advised for any severe or persistent symptoms. No additional information is available.
