19. Provide supplemental information here

Note from the LDSM: The owner initially contacted Bayer Animal Health to seek advice on an existing tick problem and not to report the death of this pet. Follow-up: Death occurred at an unspecified date in 2011. Death is not expected in a dog after product application, as it is inconsistent with the pharmaco-toxicological product profile. Other unrelated etiologies are more probable. Low level of information e.g., animal data, product details, medical history, treatment start-date, time to onset of death and necropsy are missing as the intent of the phone call to Bayer Animal Health to seek advice on an existing tick problem and not to report the death of this pet. No signs of allergy/anaphylactic reaction reported. Even though time to onset is unknown, occurrence of sign within window of allergic/anaphylactic reaction (within 1 day) is unlikely, as would have been reported in close proximity. Considering overall aspects, a product relation is deemed to be unlikely.
