BCS is submitting to the Agency new information related to Clothianidin Technical Insecticide. This information is not necessarily a new adverse effect of the subject chemical, but is rather new information submitted for the Agency真真真s own review and evaluation because the data meet the Agency真真真s administrative reporting criteria. This study reports a NOEC in a 14d study that is lower than a previously submitted study. While the NOEC of the study is an order of magnitude lower, it would not significantlyimpact the overall risk assessment, as plants are relatively insensitive to clothianidin. Aquatic arthropods are the most sensitive aquatic taxa with hazard values several orders of magnitude lower than plants.
