On 07-May-2013, a 3 year old, 13.6 pound, neutered, male, Rat Terrier canine, in good condition, with no known concomitant medical conditions, had one Seresto Small Dog (Flumethrin-Imidacloprid) collar placed around the neck by the attending vet.
