1-40938911 - The reporter, a home owner, indicated that a dog may have been exposed to an herbicide containing the active ingredients 2,4-D, mecoprop-p and dicamba. The reporter indicated that the neighbors dog had died and the neighbor believed that the death was due to the reporters use of this herbicide. No additional information was provided regarding how the dog may have been exposed, what symptoms were seen prior to death and if any veterinary care was sought.
