HOTLINE caller complaining he was just bombed with a chemical from above that smells like muskol. . Caller is a contractor working in the backyard at XXXX , near XXXX. Caller stated that around 13:20 it started to rain lightly he went in for a 5 minute break came back out and his food and drinks were contaminated. Then he got covered in something that smells like muskol/DEET and is oily. He has tried to wash it off 3 or 4 times but it doesn't come off, he stated the stuff is nasty. Caller has knocked on neighbours doors. Caller could not find a source but indicated he is working under a large tree. Caller stated the substance is burning his skin.
