Caller advised that on the following two days her young son who had been playing in and around the gooseberry bush demonstrated symptoms of nausea and was vomiting. The caller inquired with the neighbour on July 14th what the white powder substance was, the neighbour responded to the caller on July 17th advising that it was ant killer (Insectigone). The caller advised that the bush is located in the NW corner of the backyard of XXX XXXXX Ave. and that bins had been placed over some of the impacted vegetation to preserve the powder for possible sampling. The caller advised that the white powder could also be observed around the perimeter of the home located at XXX XXXXX.
