Caller had diluted the product (80 milliliters in 20 liters), and then his eye was accidentally exposed to a drop of the diluted solution. Caller stated that he immediately flushed his eye with a garden hose for 5 to 10 minutes. He initially stated that he was asymptomatic, but later mentioned that he felt slight irritation in the eye.
