7/23/2014 Caller is a pest control operator that was contacted by a client today. The product was applied to the client's yard as a crack and crevice treatment on 5/28/2014 and 6/11/2014. The client reports that one of her three dogs died recently, and another developed kidney failure. The caller does not have further details on the dogs having any possible exposure, but does know that the dog that passed away was 2 years old, and that the client was concerned with the application and installed fencing after the treatment to prevent access to the treated area for her dogs. No other clinical information was known by the pest control operator.
