On May 9, 2014 the cat developed symptoms at the application spots. On July 24, 2014 the company received an e-mail from the owner. The company assistant stated some animals are more sensitive to these products and may develop hair loss at the site of application or dermal irritation. The company assistant recommended the owner call back with questions, but noted the owner did not return the company's calls to provide further details.
