8/4/204 Caller states that he sprayed product on his patio doors, windows, and basement about 1 month ago. He believes that his wife applied it to their carpet as well. He quickly began noticing that he sporadically would have tingling on his feet, neck, and forearms, and red spots on his chest. He has washed the floors and his chair and vacuumed the carpets. The symptoms have improved after he spent 4 days at a friend's home. 8/11/2014 Call back to the original caller for follow up information. Caller thinks his symptoms are a little better. If he is in the room where most of the spray was applied, he gets tingling sensations and has stabbing nerve pain. He is not able to describe how he would been exposed to or had direct contact with the product, certainly not limited to just his chest. He has had some blood work performed but is still waiting to see his doctor.
