5/24/2014 11:29:20 AM Caller sprayed product 20 minutes ago in her bedroom. Caller began coughing after 10 minutes. 5/24/2014 8:46:05 PM Caller is still coughing, and the smell of the product is still present in the room which is bothersome to her. 5/24/2014 9:20:41 PM Caller is still coughing. She reports feeling better a few minutes after the exposure, but coughing returned when she went back into the room. The window in the room is very small and she is unsure if the room was ventilated properly. 5/25/2014 Caller went to the emergency room last night for evaluation. The ER doctor told her that her respiratory exam was normal. Caller was discharged without any specific treatment being applied. Caller is still coughing. 5/28/2014 Call back to the original caller for follow up. A message was left requesting follow up information.
